What is your current church calling? What do you like about it? What other callings have you had?
I am currently on the ward enrichment committee, but I have previously been a ward fellowshipper, a missionary, a primary teacher, young women's camp director, ward bulletin-maker, visiting teaching supervisor
What is the name of someone you regularly encounter (outside family) who brightens your day?
Jeni, Tawny, or Julienne...pretty much anyone in our ward, and Rhonda Neal
In twenty years, what do you think you will miss most about your life now?
The supposed simplicity
What's something you appreciate about your spouse?
Everything! He is absolutely wonderful and thoughtful, helpful, handsome, generous, comical, and super-fabulous. There's nothing about him that I don't appreciate.
What's your favorite routine, household chore?
I like the way that vacuuming makes me feel like I've accomplished something. I still don't like to do it, though.
What's a book you return to occasionally (scriptures don't count)?
The History of Love
Favorite guilty pleasure:
Reality TV
Favorite time of day:
Whatever time I get to see Robbie...which is never often enough with 5 12-hour shifts.
Who is a person that performed a small act of service that was actually a really big deal to you?
There are so many, but just little things that people do that lets me know they are thinking of me. I really appreciate those times.
Someone who changed your life:
This may seem weird, but my ex-fiance was the catalyst that made it so my life would be the way I want it now. He was nothing but trouble, but because of that time in my life, I made decisions that led me to Robbie and Dax. I almost feel like I need to thank him for being such a dirtbag.
What is something you do really well?
Robbie says, "cook and play sports." He has also told me I'm a good liar. I'm not sure if that's a good thing...
