This is a part of an email that Robbie sent to me tonight. He's the greatest!
Carly,
...I just wanted to let you know how much I love you. I literally don’t understand how we have come to this point. It boggles my mind thinking of the perfect circumstances that had to be in place for us to fall in Love at this time. I’m so happy that proud to have a picture of you on my desk at work. When people come in they see it and I love to show it.
Thank you for all the sacrifices you have made for me. I know you hate Logan and USU. Thank you for coming up anyway. I know you hate the way you feel and look right now. I can only understand a little bit of what you are going through. Although I don’t understand, I feel like I can at least respect it. Thank you for carrying Dax for us. Thank you for sacrificing everything you are comfortable with for something better…even if it’s sucks right now. You have no idea of how amazing you are to me.
...please know that I do love you. I can’t wait for the day when I can work on day shift so that I can be with you every night. I can’t wait to be able to play with Dax on the living room floor with you. I can’t wait to go on an evening walk with you around the neighborhood with Dax. And I can’t wait to take pictures of Dax with his beautiful mother.
... I love you so much for being so strong...You are amazing. You are amazing. You are completely amazing.
I love you so much. I wish I had all the hours in the world to write or tell you things like this. I can’t wait to come home to you in an hour and a half.

taking a little trip into the past.
This past weekend we were able to spend in St. George area with Robbie's family.
On the way down, we stopped in Cedar City to reminisce a bit. This picture is from the first place we went and hung out together. It is Canyon View Middle School.
Background: One night, my friend Robyn and I were trying to come up with something fun to do since all our other friends ever wanted to do was hang out with frat guys and such. Our solution was "sleeping bagging." This is where you shove two college students into a sleeping bag and roll down the hill (much like we all did as children...some of us more recently). Unfortunately, Robbie came away with a crushed hand from landing on a grate, and Jake Havens took an unfortunate trip to severely injure his shoulder. Robyn, Jake Butler, and myself had a good time!
This picture will remain on the blog until someone can prove to us that the "skidmarks" (from cars, not dirty undies) are not from our outing.
