We had our 4-month appointment yesterday for Baby Dax. He's certainly growing. Since our last appointment, he's pretty much exploded. He is now 16 lbs. 6 oz. and 25 3/4" long. That puts him at the 85th and 80th percentiles, respectively. Supposedly, he is small-headed, however, because his head is only 75%.
I went and dropped off our rent check yesterday to our landlords who have an 11-month-old daughter. I was noticing how she looked close to Dax's size. Weird, since she's a full 7 months older than him. I made a comment about it, and Christa said that Ellie was only 17 lbs! Holy crap. That's barely half a pound more than my son! Quite the change from the skin hanging off his back.
I plan on taking a picture of Dax as he looks now, complete with rolls and back fat and comparing it to pictures from the hospital when he was born, but that takes time. Which I don't have enough of this morning, so maybe you'll get a little treat later. Keep your fingers crossed!

Props for the chubby babies. At least you know he is healthy. I think the chubby babies are the cutest any way. He is darling!
Oh my, he is sooo cute.
Congrats on the explosion. :)
Nice stats! Ava went in yesterday and I thought she was super chubby. Girls and boys are measured a little different though. Boys are supposed to weigh more and be taller.
My fingers are crossed. I want to see. He looks so big... I can'd believe it! Last time I saw him he was teeny tinny!
